Services

We provide residential and commercial plumbing services in Hollywood, FL and surrounding areas. Service availability, including 24-hour emergency service, depends on technician availability and location.

Estimates and pricing

We provide pricing before work begins. If we find additional problems during the job, we will explain them and get your approval before doing extra work. Emergency, after-hours and holiday calls may carry additional charges.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is completed unless agreed otherwise in writing. Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees as permitted by Florida law.

Appointments and cancellations

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Arrival times are estimates and may change due to emergencies, traffic or weather.

Warranty

Any warranty on our work or on parts will be explained to you at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties on fixtures and equipment are provided by the manufacturer. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, accidents, natural disasters or work done by others.

Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide safe access to the work area and to tell us about any known hazards. You are responsible for getting any approvals needed from your landlord or condo/homeowners association.

To the extent permitted by law, Hollywood Plumbing is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for pre-existing conditions such as corroded pipes, hidden leaks or prior water damage.
